Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern sales made on seoaddict.co between KOEKI SAS (“we”) and anyone placing an order (“you”).

2. Products

Products (apparel, accessories, objects, posters, stickers) are printed on demand. Pictures are as accurate as possible; slight colour differences may occur depending on screens and batches.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, VAT included. Shipping is charged on top (€4.90 in France, free from €59; €6.90 in the European Union; €2.90 for stickers-only orders). The applicable price is the one shown when you order.

4. Orders

Your order is final once payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation email listing the products, price and delivery address.

5. Payment

Payment is made by card via Stripe or via PayPal. We never have access to your card details.

6. Production and delivery

Each product is made after you order, then shipped to the address you gave. Displayed lead times are indicative. In case of significant delay, you may cancel your order under consumer law.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason, by emailing hello@koeki.fr. Return shipping is at your expense. We refund the price and the original shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the return.

8. Group gifts

A contribution to a group gift is a payment credited as a purchase code to the organiser. Each contributor can ask us for a refund of their contribution by email, as long as the purchase code has not been used. Once the code is used, contributions are no longer refundable; the purchase made with the code is still covered by the right of withdrawal.

9. Warranties

Products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. A printing defect? Send us a photo: we replace or refund the item.

10. Mediation

In case of dispute, you may contact the consumer mediator free of charge: we are currently joining a mediation scheme and its details will appear here as soon as it is effective. In the meantime, email us at hello@koeki.fr: we always look for an amicable solution.
