What we collect, and why
- Orders: name, address, email, phone, to make, ship and invoice your order. This data is shared with our printer for shipping. Kept for the legal retention period of accounting records.

What stays in your browser
Console mode, your preview profile (body type, skin tone, size) and your local list are stored only in your browser. They are never sent to us.
Cookies
The site uses the cookies needed for the cart and checkout. Only with your consent, given in the banner, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) sets audience measurement cookies to count visits and sales; this data is kept for 14 months at most. No advertising cookies. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, object to the processing of, or port your data by emailing hello@koeki.fr. You can also contact the French data protection authority (CNIL).
“Next run” alert
If you ask to be told about the next limited run, we keep your e-mail address, the site language and the page you signed up on, only to write to you when a run comes out. It is not a newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to hello@koeki.fr; the address is deleted at the latest three years after the last e-mail.
“Collection opening” alert
Seasonal collections can only be ordered during their season. If you ask to be told when a collection opens, we keep your e-mail address, the site language and the collection you chose, only to send you one e-mail when it opens. Every e-mail includes an unsubscribe link that deletes your address; you can also write to hello@koeki.fr. The address is deleted at the latest three years after the last e-mail.
Small on-site messages (pop-ins)
The site sometimes shows a small message, for example after a few pages or when only a few copies of a limited run are left. These messages are run by the site itself, with no third-party tool. So that a message you closed is not shown again, your browser keeps the closing date in its local storage; this stays on your device. The site counts, with no cookie and no identifier, how many times each message is shown, clicked or closed: these are daily totals. To prevent abuse, a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept for one hour at most. If you accepted audience measurement, the same events are also sent to Google Analytics.
“Catalogue opening” alert
The catalogue opens for orders in waves: some designs are online before they can be ordered. If you ask to be told, we keep your e-mail address, the site language and the design you were looking at, only to send you one e-mail when that design can be ordered. Every e-mail includes an unsubscribe link that deletes your address; you can also write to hello@koeki.fr. The address is deleted at the latest three years after the last e-mail.
